The hotel has very good service and friendly staff like Rajan and Manoj who made my stay pleasant. However, the room allocation process was a bit challenging. Overall, a good place to stay with excellent service.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had issues with AC and a moisture smell but were eventually allocated after some delay. The service was very cooperative, especially by Mahadevbhai, Dharmendrabhai, Kartikbhai, and Amitbhai, who were knowledgeable about the food. The location was central in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, but cleanliness issues were disappointing. The dining spread was good in the cafetreat, although not all dishes met expectations.
